Don’t you just love a delicious cake which isn’t heavy and doesn’t make you feel bloated afterloads? I’ve got the perfect recipe for that one which is super simple and can be done in just 10 minutes. Gather your loved ones, family and friends, to help you and make it a fun experience to the whole family!

What you need:
– cake layers
– milk
– fruit – 2 or 3 bananas and a cup of strawberries
– sugar sticks
For the cream:
– 1 NuCrema
– 1 philadelphia – Original
– 1 philadelphia – Milka
– 1 sour cream
– 1 pastry cream
– 1 lemon
– 1 vanilla
– powdered sugar.

Let’s begin making the cream! It’s pretty easy. Just take your mixer or blender and put everything you need for the cream in a big bowl and stir together the ingredients. So, here’s a quick step by step guide:
- First, put the two philadelphias, then the two sour creams and the nucrema
- Stir these ingredients
- Then add a little vanilla, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar and a little lemon – you can add a little lemon juice and a little lemon peel.
- Stir again.

You can try the cream to see if you like it and if you should add something more – for example, powdered sugar or lemon juice. The perfect cream should taste sweet and a little acidic from the lemon.
When the cream is ready, it is time to make the cake. Take a pan or a big plate, the cake layers ( I usually use cake layers from the supermarket, but if you want, you can bake your own ) and cut the bananas and the strawberries into circles.
Now, put the first layer in the plate and pour a little milk over it so that the layer softens. Then spread the cream all over the layer. Then arrange the bananas and strawberries in a random order next to each other, as you like.

After that, add the second cake layer and do the exact same thing – pour it with milk, spread with the cream and add the fruit. To finish the cake, put the last layer, add milk and spread the remaining cream on top of the cake. Also, add cream on all of the sides of the layers.
You can stop here, or you can decorate the top of the cake with some more fruit or sugar sticks. You can also write something, such as “Happy birthday”, or “I love you”, if you want to surprise your loved ones.
The last step is to put the cake into the fridge for an hour or two.

And voilà! After an hour the cake is ready to eat. Serve it as a dessert to your dinner or an afternoon snack with your tea. Now just relax and let the cake make wonders to all your senses! Bon Appétit!
