Autumn is just around the corner and with it getting closer, it’s time to become more productive. Summer has been goodand it filled our souls with happiness and amazing memories. But now we have to let it go… till next year.

So, with that being said, here are the productivity tips that I have for you:
1. Wake up earlier than usual
I mean… for real though. Wake up early. I’m not just saying this because everyone says it, I’m saying it because it’s true. Especially when you have more work to do, the easiest way for it to be done is when you wake up earlier than usual. And by noon, you will find yourself having so much more work out of your way.
2. Plan and have many things to do
This may be quite a strange tip for you, but trust me, it’s working. When you plan your steps for the next day you will be way more calm and confident. Also, if you have many things to do, you won’t have the time to procrastinate or to do something else. That way you will always be busy with something and you will do all the work – for example, do the laundry while you are on your laptop, or cook a meal in the oven while you are taking a shower.

3. Make little breaks through the day
As a doctor now, and an ex-student who has passed so many exams, I believe that making little 10-15 min breaks through the day is the most efficient and productive way of studying / working. That way you stay focused while also relieving your brain.
4. Eat healthy, drink your water and vitamins
Do I have to say anything more here? I’m sure that you know how it feels eating a whole McDonald’s menu with a large coke. Of course, you can do this but I recommend it in the evening as a gift for the work that you’ve done. When you eat healthy and nourish your body with good fluids, it gets more power and energy which you definitely need in that moment. Here you can read what vitamins I take for my best woman’s health.
5. Give your body a good evening rest and long night sleep
It’s really important to stop working / studying at some point in the evening and let your body rest – eat, play games, watch movies, do a walk in the park – whatever feels good for you. And by long night sleep I mean the typical 7-8 hours of sleep which refreshes your body and mind so the next day you will feel great and ready for the new working day.

These are the tips which helped me get through my education in the medical university, especially in the last year of studying. For sure, in the beginning, I had my bad days and late night studies. But trust me, it really brings no good for your well-being and doesn’t make you more productive.
